My style is friendly and relaxed: you’ll work hard, but it won’t always feel that way. In fact I aim to make everything easy and enjoyable for you, while at the same time achieving real improvements in your fitness, strength and mental well-being.
Whether your goal is to become more competitive at sport or simply to look and feel healthier and happier, I will help you make fitness a central part of your life – and you will take pride in what you achieve.
Most of my personal training sessions take place at The Club, West Bowling Green Street, Edinburgh. (Location – link to pop-up map).
Schedules and circumstances permitting, I can also work with you at your home, office or other venue.
We can hold entire training sessions outdoors, and I can also partner you in running outdoors as part of your overall training plan.
