I offer a full range of training and advice to help you get more from your sport, from yourself and from your life.

I help with:

  • Training for strength, posture, endurance, flexibility and cardio health
  • Sport-specific training programmes, from rugby to golf
  • Nutritional advice for sports and for healthy living
  • Weight management
  • Stress relief
  • Illness and injury prevention

I do not believe in quick fixes or instant transformations. I work with you to design a medium- to long-term programme that brings lasting results.

My style is friendly and relaxed: you’ll work hard, but it won’t always feel that way. In fact I aim to make everything easy and enjoyable for you, while at the same time achieving real improvements in your fitness, strength and mental well-being.

Whether your goal is to become more competitive at sport or simply to look and feel healthier and happier, I will help you make fitness a central part of your life – and you will take pride in what you achieve.

CHARGES

Most of my personal training sessions take place at The Club, West Bowling Green Street, Edinburgh. (Location – link to pop-up map).

Schedules and circumstances permitting, I can also work with you at your home, office or other venue.

We can hold entire training sessions outdoors, and I can also partner you in running outdoors as part of your overall training plan.

My fees are:

At home or outdoors

  • 1 X session £40
  • 11 X sessions £400

At The Club - Members:

  • 1 X session £35
  • 11 X sessions £350

At The Club - Non-members:

  • 1 X session £40
  • 11 X sessions £400
